At NEXTVETS, we believe that publishing scientific research should be efficient, transparent, and accessible. Our submission process is designed to help authors navigate each stage with confidence while ensuring the highest standards of editorial quality and research integrity.
Step 1: Prepare Your Manuscript
Before submission, ensure your manuscript complies with the Author Guidelines. The manuscript should be original, scientifically sound, ethically conducted, and formatted according to NEXTVETS requirements.
Step 2: Gather Supporting Documents
Please keep the following documents ready:
Manuscript in Microsoft Word format (.doc/.docx)
Cover Letter
Author Declaration Form
Conflict of Interest Statement
Ethical Approval Certificate (if applicable)
Copyright/License Agreement (if required)
Step 3: Submit Your Manuscript
Authors may submit their manuscripts through the official NEXTVETS Online Submission Portal or by the designated editorial email address- : nextvets@zohomail.in
After submission, the corresponding author will receive an acknowledgment confirming successful receipt of the manuscript.

NextVets – An International E-Magazine for Veterinary Students & Professionals
Editorial Policy
NextVets is an international open-access e-magazine dedicated to veterinary students, professionals, and researchers. The magazine is committed to publishing high-quality, informative, and original content related to veterinary science, animal husbandry, livestock management, wildlife, pet care, and allied fields.
The magazine is guided by a distinguished Editorial Board comprising experienced academicians, subject matter specialists, researchers, and professionals from reputed institutions and universities.
All submitted articles undergo an initial screening by the Editor-in-Chief and the Editorial Team. Submissions that do not meet the required standards, formatting guidelines, or ethical criteria may be rejected at this stage.
If an article requires improvement, it may be returned to the author(s) for revision or reviewed by subject experts for further refinement. The final decision regarding acceptance or rejection of any submission rests solely with the Editorial Board.

Publication Frequency
NextVets is published as a monthly online open-access e-magazine, with each issue released in the first week of every month on the official website:

Submission Format
Manuscripts should be submitted in MS Word format (.doc or .docx). After editorial review and necessary revisions, the final version will be accepted for publication.

Word Limit
– Preferred length: 1500–2000 words
– Maximum limit: 2500 words (only if necessary for completeness)

Title Format
The title should be clear, concise, and informative, reflecting the content of the article.

Author Details
– Full names of all authors should be mentioned below the title
– Institutional affiliation and complete address must be provided
– Email address of the corresponding author is mandatory

Review Process
Articles are reviewed by the Editorial Team. Selected articles may be sent for expert review and revision based on editorial recommendations.

Originality & Plagiarism
– Submissions must be original and unpublished
– Plagiarism in any form is strictly prohibited
– Authors are solely responsible for the authenticity of their content

Structure of Article
Authors are encouraged to include:
– Abstract / Summary
– Introduction
– Main Content (with headings/subheadings)
– Tables, Figures, and Illustrations (if applicable)
– Conclusion
– References (if applicable)

Language & Formatting
– The manuscript should be written in clear and simple English
– Scientific names and technical terms must be accurate
– Abbreviations should be defined at first use

Figures & Tables
– Must be relevant, properly labeled, and cited in the text
– High-quality images/graphs are encouraged

References should follow a standard format:
Author(s). Year. Title. Journal/Source. Volume (Issue): Page numbers.

Authors may be required to submit a declaration confirming:
– Originality of work
– Authorship responsibility
– Consent for publication
Important Instructions for Authors
– Articles not following the prescribed format may be rejected
– Submissions must not be under consideration elsewhere
– Duplicate or plagiarized content will be rejected immediately
– The Editorial Board reserves the full right to accept, reject, or modify any submission
– The decision of the Editorial Board shall be final

The Editorial Office evaluates each submission for:

Completeness of documents
Incomplete or non-compliant submissions may be returned for correction before peer review.

Throughout the publication process, authors will receive timely updates regarding the status of their manuscript, ensuring complete transparency and effective communication.
