Building Trust Through Transparency, Ethics, and Editorial Excellence
At NEXTVETS, every editorial decision is guided by integrity, fairness, and accountability. Our policies are designed to protect the interests of authors, reviewers, readers, and the wider scientific community while ensuring that every published article meets the highest standards of scholarly publishing.
Editorial Policy
Editorial decisions are based solely on the scientific quality, originality, relevance, and ethical compliance of submitted manuscripts. The Editorial Board operates independently and remains free from commercial, institutional, or personal influence.
Open Access Policy
NEXTVETS is committed to the principles of Open Science. All published articles are freely accessible worldwide without subscription or paywall restrictions, enabling researchers, educators, students, practitioners, and policymakers to read, download, share, and cite scientific content without barriers.
Publication Ethics Policy
Scientific integrity is the foundation of NEXTVETS. We follow internationally accepted ethical publishing principles and expect honesty, transparency, originality, and accountability from all contributors.
The magazine maintains a strict policy against:
Plagiarism
Data fabrication or falsification
Duplicate publication
Image manipulation
Citation manipulation
Unethical research practices
Undisclosed conflicts of interest
Any violation may result in rejection, correction, retraction, or other appropriate editorial action.
Plagiarism Policy
Every manuscript undergoes plagiarism screening before entering peer review. Authors are responsible for submitting original work and properly acknowledging all sources. Manuscripts with unacceptable similarity levels or evidence of academic misconduct will not be considered for publication.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) Policy
Authors may use Artificial Intelligence tools for language improvement or formatting assistance. However, AI-generated content cannot replace scientific judgment, originality, or author responsibility.
AI tools cannot be listed as authors. Authors remain fully accountable for the accuracy, authenticity, and integrity of all submitted work.
Conflict of Interest Policy
Authors, reviewers, and editors must disclose any financial, professional, institutional, or personal relationships that could influence the publication process. Transparency strengthens trust and protects the credibility of scientific communication.
Copyright & Licensing
Authors retain copyright of their published work while granting NEXTVETS the right to publish, archive, and disseminate the article through its official platforms. Licensing terms will be clearly communicated according to the magazine’s publication policy.
Privacy Policy
Personal information collected during manuscript submission is used exclusively for editorial, publication, and communication purposes. Confidential information is protected and never shared without appropriate authorization.
Corrections & Retractions
When significant errors or ethical concerns are identified after publication, the Editorial Board may issue corrections, expressions of concern, or retractions to maintain the accuracy and integrity of the scientific record.
Our Commitment:
NEXTVETS continuously reviews and strengthens its policies to align with internationally accepted publishing standards and emerging best practices in scholarly communication.
